We’ve created the ultimate vacation destination for family and friend (and golf groups) with everything you need to entertain your guests in our fully remodeled and updated 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 1,954 Sq Ft home with an additional 452 Sq Ft adjoining unit. Pets are welcome for an additional $200 fee per pet. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can charge accordingly.

Kings neighborhood description:Our home is in an upscale neighborhood known as the Paradise Valley Village.Centrally located near all the Phoenix hotspots, you can step out your door to get some fresh air and explore the Scottsdale Greenbelt trail, practice your golf swing at Stone Creek Golf Club and Orange Tree Golf Resort, or go shopping at expansive malls like Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons or The Desert Ridge Marketplace.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking, and we may request a government-issued ID to confirm the identity of the person booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of $3,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. If neighbors have to call us or the police due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges. Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Doing so will result in a fine of up to $3,000. We charge an additional pet fee if you plan on bringing pets. If any pets are brought to the home without our prior knowledge, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed. Please contact us directly for more details.
We ask you to please respect check in and check out times. You can request an early check in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee from 12 to 3 PM, and an additional $100 fee for 8 AM to 12 PM). Please message us for more information. Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive. Please respect the 11am check out rule so we can keep our home to the highest standard for you and our future guests.
Please note that the air conditioning in this area is not meant to go below 70 degrees since it can overwork and damage the units in extreme heat. Because of this, the homes may be set in the 70-80 degree range.
Our homes are meant for the purpose of vacations, holidays, and special/temporary needs. We will not accept any residential stays where our property is used as your primary residence or home.
We have one camera actively recording the front entrance, and two cameras actively recording around the garage.
• Pets are welcome for an additional $200 fee per pet. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can charge accordingly. If any pets are brought to the home without our prior knowledge, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed.
• 2 cars are permitted to park in the driveway. Guests are prohibited from parking in front of neighbor's homes, and doing so may incur a fee.
• No illegal substances or acts are allowed on the premises.
• Please respect the noise curfew (no loud noises or disturbances after 10pm)
• Please refrain from bringing guests whose names are not listed on the reservation.
• Please respect check in and check out times. • Please press the "X" on the thermostat when you leave the property to resume the normal schedule.
• Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Doing so will result in a fine of up to $3,000. Smoking is allowed outside only. It should be away from the home, and all windows and doors must be shut.
