Features a 60" Samsung Smart TV with YouTube TV. Log in to your favorite apps. Although we have a wood-burning fireplace, we ask that you do not utilize the fireplace. There are two thermostats to moderate the house temperature. A/C included. A selection of games is provided in the wicker basket for indoor fun.

Cues, chalk, and rack are found on the wall stand. Please, no sitting, standing, or dancing on billiard table.

Features a 50" TCL Smart TV with Roku. Outdoor dining table seats 6-7, propane BBQ grill, lounge chairs, hammock, cabana seats 5. Corn-hole boards and bags are stored in the utility room.

Pool & Hot Tub:
Pool depth: 3 feet to 4.5 feet in center, NO DIVING. Pool & hot tub heated with 24-hour notice, $85/day additional fee, 3 day minimum, non refundable. Heat generally not needed during summer months. No glass in pool or on pool deck. Plastic glassware available for outdoor use.
