Our home offers mountain living at its best. With a southern exposure, the main living area boasts a large open concept design, natural stone flooring throughout and unmatched views.
The spacious chef's kitchen features a 10 ft peninsula with seating for four, large island and top of the line appliances including a Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Viking 6 burner gas range, Viking double convection ovens, dishwasher and trash compactor.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining space with floor to ceiling windows and oversized pub table with seating for ten.
The living room features a gas fireplace nestled in natural ledgestone spanning from floor to ceiling with a large TV, perfect for gatherings. The half bathroom, large coat closet and laundry room are all located in the front hall. The laundry room features a mini washdown station.

We are at the doorstep of White Mountain National Forest and Franconia Notch State Park which offers tons of hiking trails for all skill levels, scenic attractions, rock climbing, mountain biking, etc. Snowmobiling and ATV trails are accessible nearby.
