Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection.. All Honokeana Cove units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every guest. Housekeepers use EPA hospital-grade disinfectant sprays and cleaning agents with extra attention to all high-touch surfaces. All dishware including plates, bowls, glassware, coffee cups and silverware is washed at high temperature settings. All soft surfaces, including couches, occasional chairs and mattresses are sprayed with a disinfectant to assure cleanliness and safety. Linens and towels are washed with the highest heat temperature and additional drying time, to ensure proper sanitization.
Cancellations and Refunds: Bookings cancelled more than 45 days prior to check-in will receive refund of deposit less $50 cancellation fee. Less than 45 days prior to arrival date, cancellation forfeits the rental amount. However, if health or a personal issue causes you to cancel, contact the rental office. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain trip insurance for protection from unforeseen circumstances.
