Fully furnished with one of a kind custom pieces and built-ins. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms. A primary suite, with private balcony and ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom is currently outfitted as a child's nursery but can be swapped for a queen bed if requested. This room also has an ensuite bathroom. The top floor is a 600sqft roof deck! Extremely walkable! 5 minutes on foot to Echo Park Lake, shops and restaurants. A few of our local favorites are Baccetti, Canyon Coffee, Cookbook, Little Fish, Honey Hi, Bar Flores. 15 minutes to Dodger Stadium on foot. Hike through beautiful Elysian Park. A 15 minute walk to Downtown LA to see live concerts at Disney Concert Hall or the Opera at Dorothy Chandler. The Broad Museum and the MOCA are also very close by. One off street parking spot included and plenty of street parking if you will have multiple cars. All utilities included - high speed fiber, water, electricity, gas are paid by the owner.
