Positive: The staff was froendly and helpful

Negative: First of all they need to put the full name of the hotel, that goes with the apartment. I spent hours trying to find the address and the contact information. They are very bad at answering phone calls or emails. I spent 2 hours trying to make contact at the airport. The whole time the shuttle driver was just down the street. I had even booked another hotel and shuttle before a stranger found mine.

Summary: Once I got to the hotel it was good.
