The Space:
728 Bonito is a lovely 2-story home located on the South end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Marina and Bonito Boathouse Restaurant, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for visitors interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many activities. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.
Both the primary and guest bedrooms are upstairs and include a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Large soaking tub and separate shower in the primary bathroom. Tub shower combo in the guest bedroom. The last guest bedroom is on the 1st floor and features a new queen bed and a shared bath with a tub shower combo. A queen-size sleeper sofa was recently added to the living room, along with new furniture, in 2025. The living room opens up to the dining room and kitchen, creating an inviting space to hang out and be together.
The kitchen has everything you need to make the perfect meals, full-size appliances, including a washer and dryer in the laundry room upstairs. There are 2 icemakers in the fridge! All bedrooms have a porch complete with seating to relax and take in the peace of the Lowcountry. The back porch off the primary bedroom has a great view and backs up directly to the Ocean Creek golf course. There are Roku Smart TVs in all bedrooms plus 1 in the living room with your favorite streaming applications and high-speed wireless internet (4 TVs in total).
