Our building is fairly new and dates from 2004.
It is a 2 rooms of approximately 60 m2 where one does not feel cramped! We have a balcony with a table that can welcome 6 to 8 people, and a private terrace in front of the apartment.
The elevation is really nice, with a part on the sea in the distance.
It is also a very quiet residence because of the stalemate situation.
The apartment may be suitable for a couple with 1 or 2 young children.
We have a fitted kitchen: induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, crockery and cooking utensils, coffee machine, electric kettle, juice extractor ....
We also have a washing machine, and a space to expand your laundry.
Each room is equipped with an air conditioner, and we have shutters at the window and the bay window.
The entrance is done with a lock connected and digicode.

** ACCESSIBLE PARTS
My apartment consists of a living room / kitchen / work area, a bedroom, a bathroom with separate toilet.
There is also a terrace at the entrance that can be used to rinse sea things or camping utensils. As well as an open balcony with an adjoining laundry room. The laundry room has a washing machine, a retractable clothesline, and a laundry with tap (for soaking clothes or rinsing something).
** TRADES
I travel several times a year out of the NC, and often not available in person. I make sure to have someone available to answer your questions especially when I'm away.
The rest of the time, I am reachable quite quickly.

** THE DISTRICT
My apartment is located on the hill top on Magenta, and dead end. The street is very busy and the area is very quiet.
The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes drive (or 7 minutes walk), and less than 5 minutes to get to Geant Sainte Marie.
You can walk to the St. Mary's Bay Boardwalk in 15 minutes.
We are also 5 minutes drive from the Magenta Aerodrome, for domestic flights, especially to the islands.

**TRANSPORTATION
To move to Noumea, it is better to have a car. The nearest bus stop is a 10-minute walk away.
I have 2 covered parking spaces that are available to you.
I leave at disposal a list of transport options. For scheduled trips, there is a large choice of private shuttles, with reservation preferably at least 24 hours in advance.
For unplanned trips you can call a taxi. However, keep in mind that Noumea is a city that can be much smaller than your home town. The taxi network is modest and may not be as responsive as you are used to.
Uber is not available in Noumea, but an equivalent application exists. Type "Pickme NC" into a search engine to download it.
