Beautiful luxury 3 bed 3 bath home with a tropical paradise pool patio in the celebrity neighborhood of Pacific Palisades. Pool can be heated for an extra charge by the day.

French doors lead onto the patio from the kitchen and dining area and master bedroom.
The patio features an outdoor seating area, comfortable sun loungers, and a custom built-in Tiki-style bar and BBQ and dining table offers al fresco dining.
Alongside this dining table is a hand painted mural of the coastline of Spain which adds to the ambience.
Lighting system enhances the entire patio at night creating a very romantic feeling.

In the den area there is a baby grand electric piano, a flat screen TV and a comfortable seating area.
The spacious living room features a designer semi-circular sectional sofa which seats eight people with a large mahogany hexagonal coffee table and a selection of antique chairs and buffets. The interior dining table seats 8 and overlooks the pool patio.
The designer kitchen was hand carved on site with Gothic pillars and steeple topped cabinets, all highlighted by strategically placed recessed lighting. The lower and full sized cabinets pull out on gliders for easy access. The kitchen features granite counter tops, a solid wood center island, a Viking professional stove with 4 burners, and a stainless steel hood, a warming drawer.
Bedrooms all have bathrooms, and TVs with satellite connection.
Master bedroom 1 with bathroom en suite overlooks the swimming pool with French doors leading out on to the patio. It has a four poster queen sized bed with a wrought Iron canopy. The master en suite bathroom is in ceiling to floor stone featuring a bath tub, large separate glass shower stall and an antique style vanity.
Master bedroom 2 is entered through hand carved antique Indian double doors. It has an large built-in flat screen TV, and Queen size 4 poster bed. The en-suite bathroom features a limestone Roman bath and shower, and has a double vanity.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, mirrored closets and French doors leading to outside. There is a third bathroom with shower stall to serve this bedroom.
The house is less than a mile to the beach and walking distance to The Lake shrine Meditation Center’s beautiful lake and gardens which inhabits swans, ducks, and turtles and provides a perfect atmosphere for the numerous meditation areas all around this magnificently picturesque lake. A walk around the grounds is an uniquely spiritual and tranquil experience.
There is 1 off street parking with the house and street parking outside the house.
We provide fast wifi, cable TV with many sports and movie channels, bathroom and pool towels, toiletries including toilet paper, a hairdryer in all the bathrooms, all bed linens, an iron and ironing board, and the kitchen is fully equipped including a water filter, dish towels, dish soap, trash bags, dish washer soap, laundry soap.
