You’ll be able to enjoy the calm of the neighborhood while being only a few miles from the many happenings of Santa Barbara life. In a few minutes by car, you’ll be in downtown, where you can eat, shop, visit a museum, or catch a movie or live performance. A little further and you’ll find yourself at the beach where you can swim, sunbath, or take in the sunset. We know you will enjoy our beloved abode as much as we do, but we do ask you to follow a few rules. This is a non smoking property both inside the apartment and in the garden. Treat this special place as if it were your home. This is a residential neighborhood so act accordingly. Also no loud music after 10PM please. This is a nice quite family area and not a party house.
The space is designed for a maximum of 3 people at any time. We do require a two day minimum stay.
Wi-Fi is available. We love pets but unfortunately do not accept them.
