Positive: Spacious, all the amenities needed. Nearby to restaurants, ocean vistas, beaches, and shopping. Like the fresh fruits outside the unit. Starfruits, Ulu, oranges.

Negative: Bathroom jacuzzi tub drain was clogged, water backed up the first night upon arrival. We sent a message to have someone come to unclog the tub drain. Maintenance came to unclog and and housekeeping came in to clean tub. Filled the tub for the second day, black mold stuff came out of the jets! Drained the tub again and did not use the tube or shower during the rest of our stay. Never know what was in that clogged tub drain or jets. Sent another text about the second day of trying to use the jacuzzi tub but unable to. No response. I would have appreciated a discount for the inconvenience as we paid a lot for a 6 night stay and not able to use the tub. Appreciate a response. Mahalo. GS
