Top floor consists of a grand master with an en-suite bathroom and a his and hers closet, a bunk bed room consisting of two twin over full beds- perfect for kids, and two other rooms with Queen size beds. A bathroom w/a tub and a washer/dryer room makes it too easy not to fight over the bathroom wait. The kitchen is customized for large get togethers around a massive kitchen island and a farmhouse style table in the nook of the kitchen overlooking into your OWN personal yard which will draw anyone's attention to with the greenest yard for outdoor games and a bon fire area surrounded by Adirondack chairs that's just asking for a nice bottle of wine or a sweet smore's night with the kids and friends. This house sits so comfortably close to all the major attractions that Point Pleasant Beach has to offer, the BEACH is just 5 blocks away, the restaurants, bars, shops, or anything else you might need is an easy 1 block walk away!
