- BEDROOM 2 (upper level): 1 queen bed
- BEDROOM 3 (upper level): 4 single size bunk beds and a dresser with some storage (100 lbs max weight on top two bunks)
Bathrooms: we provide towels (e.g bath, hand, wash cloth, makeup) and quality and sustainable personal care products from Public Goods (e.g shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap)

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and spices. We also provide an initial supply of Keurig coffee pods, creamer, tea, condiments (e.g ketchup, mustard), trash bags, and dish soap (there is no dishwasher).
Entertainment: You can enjoy some of the most popular, family-friendly board games; two kayaks; a Roku to connect to all your streaming services, and a Bluetooth soundbar
Living Room/Dining Area: enjoy a great open space with vaulted ceiling and direct view of Martin Lake
Back Deck: enjoy the outdoor dining area that seats six. At night, try keeping the porch light off, so you can stargaze from the porch or on the sandy shore. Feel free to use the fire pit to make smores or to sit around for conversation (firewood can be purchased from community manager or local vendors)
Parking: each reservation comes with 2 parking spots in the community parking lot
