The space
Experience the dream in this one-of-a-kind island style home. Featuring 4 generously sized bedrooms upstairs, all with ensuite bathrooms, and a half bathroom downstairs. The stylish and spacious property has everything that a guest looks for when renting a vacation home. With high end beds and linens, giant HD TVs and high-speed internet, the large dining room, living rooms and a full kitchen will ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.

When you are ready to unwind, the entire house. Is equipped with surround sound, watch some sports or listen to some tunes, there are 7 4G TVs including access to all of your personal sports packages, Netflix and a Sonos surround sound system throughout the house and backyard.

Casa Walmar’s private gated backyard is beautifully appointed with tropical landscaping and (seasonally) heated private pool and year round free hot tub heating that is meant for entertaining and rejuvenating. Enjoy catching some sun in a lounge chair, sitting on the Baja stepped pool, splashing around, or relaxing in the hot tub. (Please note that it is not possible to heat the pool during the colder Winter months due to the local climate in our area.)

The hot tub is heated free of charge year-round.

Find peace and ultimate tranquility within our outdoor living space under the 800 SFT palapa & outdoor kitchen is appointed with a oversized, modular, sectional sunbrella lounge seating, a favorite feature of this private oasis.

There is a fully functional outdoor kitchen including a master BBQ,, side burner, and oven. Additionally a commercial sized refrigerator & wet bar, ice maker, sink, kitchen island and bar stools. In addition, the outdoor lounge area has a natural gas fireplace, ceiling fans, a propane fire pit, coffee tables and HD TVs.

When you are ready to slumber there are multiple sleeping options. Each 4 bedroom feature vaulted ceilings and fans, private ensuite bathroom and are equipped with a hair dryer, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths , shampoo, and bar soap.

-The sunken Master Suite has 1 King bed, and up to 3 optional Queen Air Mattress, seating area, HD TV, private balcony over looking the pool, and bathroom with a large walk in shower and dual sinks.

-Bedroom 2 has 1 Queen bed , an optional bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

-Bedroom 3 has 1 Queen bed and and optional deluxe queen air bed. It also has an ensuite bathroom with full tub and shower.

-Bedroom 4 has 1 King bed and can also accommodate 2 Queen air mattress. It also has an ensuite bathroom with full tub and shower.

-Living room 1 has large oversized pottery barn leather sofa, king chair and ottoman.

-Living room 2 has a ample seating and is nestled between the open kitchen and dining room. Perfect for entertaining while cooking or a happy hour cocktail party vibe.

Delight in the spacious and modern kitchen that can be fully stocked and equipped a giant Subzero side-by-side refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, gas range, oven, Hamilton Beach toaster and microwave. For coffee and tea lovers there is a coffee maker, Coffee filters, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar are all included with your stay. Everything you need to serve a family sized meal is available, including pots and pans, mixing bowls, cutting boards, knives and silverware, grilling and cooking utensils, indoor and outdoor plates & bowls, coffee cups, plastic cups, glassware, and wine glasses. All you will need is the food and beverages, which can be delivered or purchased at several nearby grocery stores or Costco.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. There ample outdoor parking spots in front of the home as well as a parallel spot in front of the garage. There is also free street parking.

Included, there are service providers such as daily housekeeping, private chefs and other staffing needs upon a 7-day request prior to check in with additional fees. Free of charge are gardeners, pool service technicians, handymen, pest control and other staff that have weekly visits scheduled to the home. We do our best to keep these services to a minimum and notify you ahead of time, they are usually 20 minutes or less. Due to the nature and size of our property there may be times that these services are scheduled during your stay or without notice.

This house has the capacity for responsible party’s however please be respectful of our neighbors and follow our house rules. NO DJ’s or late nite events. Strict outdoor quiet time hours are 10pm-8am. Zero tolerance of violations of local city ordinances will be enforced and may be subject to non refundable evictions. Just relax, have fun, enjoy the opportunity and respect the community.

All standard household supplies are provided, including cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen towels, plastic cups, dish soap, laundry soap and fabric softener.

There is STRICT NO GLASS allowed in the backyard pool area, including beer bottles.

Broken glass can be dangerous and costly if any gets into the pool or hot tub as it would require the pool to be drained and re-filled, and disrupting the availability for new guests booked check in. Please respect the vacation plans of others. We provide all Plastic cups, plates, and bowls are provided for outdoor use.

We offer a full poolside or inside happy hour, brunch or dinner with Classic American Grilling, Mexican & Italian Buffet options.
