The west facing walls are floor to ceiling windows. Sit on the balcony and take it in, or steps to the harbor and all of its restaurants/bars/festivals. It's a 5 minute walk to the sand (around the harbor). Walking distance to the pier, Top Gun house, and local places and events. It was remodeled in 2022. There is community BBQ at the heated, saltwater pool....and a jacuzzi. The blue steps leading from the pool area take you right into the middle of the Harbor area, to the right is The Broiler, to the left so much more and the sand/beach. Kayaking, sail boating, whale watching, fishing, etc. all available at the harbor businesses. There are bikes and E-bikes for rent near the pier, as well as throughout Oceanside. Many wine tasting rooms and restaurants are abundant and within walking distance. There's really no need to drive anywhere once you're there!
We have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas...and a couple of pool floaties and noodles. Please shake off the sand before bringing them back onto grounds (and into condo).
There is a gym on site with really great equipment.
While the unit has a washer and dryer, there is a laundry room in the lower parking lot (near gym and pool area). Takes quarters and the Pay Range App....we do ask that heavier items or larger loads be washed & dried in these dryers (particularly beach towels). It will take hours to dry these items in the unit. ://
NO PETS.
QUIET HOURS: are from 10PM until 6AM and are strictly enforced. This includes on the balcony.
NO SMOKING UNIT AND PROPERTY: smoking is permitted outside of the building in the north parking lot.
PARKING: please park in the north parking lot. The allowed spaces are indicated with white painted lines (versus the yellow lined spaces adjacent the building).
NO PARTIES in the unit or on the property. There are restaurants at the harbor that can accommodate parties, The Broiler patio is amazing!!
