This Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're BBQing.
This condo features a master bedroom with king size bed, full size bathroom with shower/tub combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and upgraded granite counter tops. The dining area seats 4 at the table with room for 2 more at the bar. The spacious main living area features a sofa sleeper and 2 swivel chairs with a flat screen TV plus a beautiful view of the beach out of the floor to ceiling glass doors. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.
