5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home with Den and Huge Kitchen on a Private Acre Lot
**PARADISE FOUND!!** If you are looking for a fun, private home with ultra plush comforts and well appointed modern beach decor for your North Shore vacation, this is your spot. The main house is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with an upper/lower set up and a cozy den/game/ tv area making this a perfect place for a family or small mellow group. There is a separate cottage with a king bed and wet bar with a half bath and outside shower for the 5th bedroom.
There is a large, covered, wrap around lanai on the main house that is a great place to catch the breeze and enjoy the lush garden views.
The best part about this home is the privacy, and once you enter the gate, you feel like you are in your own little paradise AND it is just a short walk ACROSS THE STREET to the beach at Rocky Point, where the most pristine beaches on the North Shore stretch for miles.
Please note that this is NOT a party house. This is a very well maintained family oriented home and we do not allow any type of party or gatherings.
Set up:
Upper level: The upper level, including master bedroom, kitchen, and living area have AC! Master Bedroom has a king bed and en-suite full bath. HUGE kitchen is great for preparing meals and gathering with a large dining table and living area with open concept and high beamed ceilings. There is a lovely half bath near the kitchen.
The lower level of the main house has three bedrooms with their own distinct decor and queen beds. These bedrooms share a big bathroom with a walk in shower and extra large sink. The den/ game room is also located on the lower level and has a large screen TV, comfy sofa, some games, etc.
The 5th bedroom is a separate cottage with a king bed, wet bar, half bathroom, and extra hot/cold outdoor shower.
Please note that lower level of main home + separate cottage do NOT have AC and are cooled by ceiling fans. Also please note we do NOT have a hot tub. This appears on some peoples search and is an issue we are trying to address. Thank you for understanding.
Washer/ dryer, WI-FI, TV, and DVD are also included.
