Positive: Staff were helpful in all aspects of our stay. Language was a small barrier with little English spoken by wait staff. But receptionists both could speak good English. In saying that, the wait staff were so helpful we were able to arrange coconut crab and bougna through them. The chef was very obliging and prepared the crab for us in house. Amazing service.

Negative: The hotel has seen better days and is in need of maintenance. With lack of tourists I can see there would be no funds to manage this. But the caretakers do their utmost to help if needed.
