Built in 1901, this home has been beautifully maintained and loved. All the original light fixtures, hardware and custom woodwork remain. Large living room with working gas fireplace, library, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the 1st floor. Four bedrooms, large bathroom and sitting area on second floor. Beautiful front porch and covered back porch with swing and seating. This home was made for refined but relaxed living and has many unique and special features. Located just two blocks from Ludlow Avenue’s restaurants, shops and movie theater and just 1 mile from the zoo and botanical gardens, Burnett Woods, UC and Medical Campus. Original 1850’s gas lamps still line the streets, making this an ideal spot for walking and enjoying the gaslight district of Cincinnati.
There are two full baths in the house - the 1st floor bathroom has a tub only, no shower. The second floor bath is a tub and shower combination.
There is a garden apartment with a separate entrance. There is a college student currently living there and her information will be provided for emergency needs after you book. The student does not use any pats of the main house or yard - It would be unusual for you to see or hear her.
