Take your meals to a patio with a gas grill and a dining table with a large shade umbrella for the perfect pool day. Soak up the sun in loungers or relax in the pool! Comfortable patio furnishings offer more living space to sprawl. You could spend all day in this serene oasis.
Retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed, private TV, and en suite bath. This newly updated bathroom offers a walk-in shower or opt for a long soak in the luxurious spa-inspired, stand-alone tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full bath just outside your door. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with patio access with comfortable seating to catch up on your tablet or enjoy some private time.
The main living space is equipped with a Smart TV and a comfy sectional sofa, to lounge to your favorite shows. The front living room has a retro vibe with a couch and two armchairs. A book nook offers several reading options and games, with a comfy Bean chair to snuggle into.
This home also offers a two-car garage with a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. There are also two driveways to easily fit 6 cars or 4 with a boat and trailer.
You have access to the Southpointe Shores Boat Ramp and Park which is conveniently located in the neighborhood about a block or so away. We have a path in images drawn out for you or you can check the blue property notebook on site to see the best way to get there.
here is also a Public launch with parking near the Gulf. Turtle Beach Public Boat Ramp at 8701 Blind Pass Rd, Sarasota, FL 34242. is a 15 minute drive toward the beach.
If you are looking for a public boat launch there is one at Wharf Road Park, Vamo Drive Park, or Turtle Beach Public Boat Ramp.
*This is a family home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Weekly pool and lawn care will happen during your stay.

*CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED in the pool area and near the grill. Guests and guardians of minors take full responsibility for their safety and release the property owners/host/property management company from any liability for injury that may occur during their stay.
*GLASSWARE IS PROHIBITED IN THE POOL AREA for safety reasons. An additional cleaning fee will be incurred for broken glass found in the pool or surrounding area.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week.
