Negative: Difficult to navigate. Thankfully, the app was super helpful. We arrived prior to 4 PM check-in time, and it was very chaotic. We sat in line to get valet parking because it was marginally more expensive than South Park, but then found an opening to exit the line dropped off my spouse to check us in and South parked by the time I parked and made it to the lobby. There was a huge line for check-in. We waited approximately 30 minutes for an available stack person to complete check-in.

Summary: Very nice and comfortable once we braved the long traffic line and lobby line to check in
