Summary: Our room was not ready at check in. Which is fine it happens. We were treated as if we were making a crazy request by showing up at check in time to try and check in. The front desk lady wouldn’t even take our name told us there were several people in front of us and to stop bugging her she had work to do. So we joined the about 20 other people in the lobby waiting. She then came over and scolded us for sitting in the breakfast area and told us we had to move. She wouldn’t give us an estimated wait time and wouldn’t take our names told notify us so we had no choice but to stay and wait. Then without a word when someone arrived to check in rooms were ready. So everyone lined up on the honor system in the order we arrived and we all checked in about an hour late. The woman did not say much to us other than insert your card and tossing some room keys our way. The hotel itself was very outdated lots of holes in the floors and the ice machine didn’t work. Honestly if the lady at the desk had been decent I probably wouldn’t have minded.
