THE LOCATION At the edge of the Gulch/Downtown Nashville, the house’s location is unbeatable! Feel like to hanging out near our house? You can stop at one of the three popular areas nearby: Music Row, 12 South, and the Gulch. It will take you only 5 minutes to drive downtown to visit major attractions such as the Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium, the Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium. You can walk to Vanderbilt University in about 20 minutes or drive there in about 5 minutes. You can also drive to Belmont University in about 3 minutes or take a walk to get there in about 15 minutes. Last but not least, you will be able to park 2 cars in our private parking lot and 2 more on the roadside, free of charge. This brand new house has 4 bedrooms, 5 office rooms, 8 bathrooms (all with showers), and a big, modern, open-concept kitchen. At the edge of the Gulch/Downtown Nashville, the house provides you with convenience to reach most places in your schedule. INSIDE THE HOUSE On the first floor you will find an open-concept kitchen equipped with nearly every kitchenware you might need. Our dining table can accommodate about 10 people at a time and can be extended to accommodate about 2 more people! The bar table can sit about 8 people in total so you can comfortably drink and chat there. After meals, we also have comfy sofas for you to relax in, and 2 big flat-screen TVs if you would like to watch some news, sports, or etc. We also have a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed on this floor. Walk to the 2nd floor, you get to see our master bedroom. It contains a king-sized bed and a master bathroom. You will also have 2 more bedrooms on the same floor, with a queen-sized bed and bathrooms with showers for each. Also there is another room with 2 full-sized beds and a private bathroom (with showers). We also have a washer and dryer on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. For all guests, you'll receive the comforts of a home with a starter supply of shampoo, soaps, paper products, and hotel-quality towels and linens. The house is outfitted with a state-of-the-art door locking system. Your group will be given one unique code for the front door so everyone can come and go as they please.
