With easy access to Highway 99 and I-5, you can get to popular neighborhoods like Shoreline, Northgate, Greenlake, Ballard, Fremont, Ravenna, and U-District all within 20 minutes.
Highway 99 has plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food. It’s not very walkable though, so I recommend having a rental car or using rideshare. You can use the 1-car garage for parking, nothing larger than a compact SUV. Street parking is available but limited.
