This home sits about nine miles north of downtown Park City, mere minutes from all sorts of adventure sports at Woodward Park City. Access some of the best ski slopes in the world at Canyons Village (six miles), Park City Mountain (nine miles), and Deer Valley Resort (11 miles), all of which are within an easy drive.
Step inside the entry hall to kick off your boots, hang up your coats, and leave the day's hiking or skiing gear in the care of the washer/dryer. The great room greets you with lofty ceilings, a wall of windows, and views of the surrounding mountains. It's a lovely spot to stream a movie by the gas fireplace, work on a puzzle at the dining room table, or slide up to the breakfast bar in the kitchen to lend a hand with dinner. There's also a gas grill on the deck for barbecues on summer evenings.
Escape downstairs to find a cozy family room with a leather sectional, another TV, and access to the patio. Of the three bedrooms, all have walk-in closets and two have their own desks in case you're planning to work from home.
