The home is new, built in 2004, and includes 2 Master bedrooms, walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, tile floors and counters, 2 car garage, back covered patio, BBQ, and is completely furnished with all amenities. No Smoking unit.
The Club House features a billiard table, ping pong table, sauna, exercise/fitness room, art & crafts center, and large entertainment dining area. There are 2 Jacuzzis, a pool, tennis court, horse shoe pit, and beautifully landscaped grounds with a waterfall, gazebo, and pond.
