Head upstairs to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking during your stay. The first bedroom features two queen beds and a TV, while the primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and a private balcony. The third bedroom includes a queen bed.
Down the hallway, you’ll find the full bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your comfort.
Enjoy a spacious backyard perfect for relaxing and gathering with your group. Surrounded by a peaceful, wooded setting, the yard offers beautiful views and a natural atmosphere. Do not park on the grass or turnaround in the grass as there is a septic tank. You will be charged a $500 fee if you drive on the grass.

NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.
As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
