It's a beautiful adobe home on Albuquerque's westside (Corrales) on a private, dirt road. 2 bd/2 full bath with king size beds and all the amenities, including fast Wifi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, and free parking. Spectacular view of the Sandia Mountains from the patio, located less than a mile from the Rio Grande. Working indoor fireplace. Full office with standing desk available for use during your stay. 1-car garage with some room for storage also available.
Master bedroom has (1) king size bed with soft mattress, 50" smart TV, and private full bathroom with 2 vanities, shower, toilet and large working jacuzzi tub.
Guest bedroom has (1) king size bed with medium mattress, and 32" smart TV. The guest bathroom is located directly next to the bedroom and has a shower, sink and toilet. There's also a Tempo smart gym in the corner that you are welcome to use if you're a member including all equipment (weight, yoga mat, etc.).
The living room has two leather couches with a 60" Sony HDTV with local channels and all the apps (Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, Paramount +, Amazon, Apple TV).
House has central A/C and is on solar and can be run without worry of A/C costs. Heating is baseboard flooting with propane.
Sorry, no pets, but my neighbor has goats you can feed with apples and carrots that are usually in my fridge.
Maximum six (6) adults in the house at any time, not including children. Young children/infants welcome but no pack-n-play is available.
