Summary: The amenity that most attracted me to book this property was the private hot tub on the 1st floor porch. However, when I checked in the packet I was provided contained a letter that stated, "HOT TUB: Unfortunately, the hot tub on your porch does not operate." Other information indicated a 25 credit per day if the hot tub was not in operation. So I contacted the property manager after check out on our last day to ask about how to get the credit for the hot tub. I was told that the hot tub was operable and that the statement in my check in packet was incorrect, but they did say that they would provide me a credit for the misunderstanding. I have yet to receive this credit. Otherwise, the property was fine and in a nice location with easy bus access and within walking distance to downtown.
