- Swimming pool is open from 9 AM to sunset, located behind 7500 Collins Avenue in the Seaside building at 240 76th Street;
- Loungers, umbrellas, and towels by the pool;
- Pet Fee: $250 non-refundable pet fee per room per stay. Up to 2 dogs per room. 25lbs max. Must be accompanied at all times.
- Self-parking at 7500 Collins Ave is subject to availability and costs $15/day plus tax (first-come, first-serve basis, no reservations). For public parking details, visit the City of Miami Beach link. Metered parking near Collins Ave is available via ParkMobile.
- It's free to park on the street on Harding Ave and the area west of it. Always check for posted signs.
NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- Daily housekeeping is not provided, but full-room service is offered every third day only. Towel replenishment is provided daily;
- For any amenities needed such as extra towels or soap please approach the hotel front desk;
- Luggage storage is currently unavailable.
