This 8 bedroom, 8.5 bath masterpiece retreat is a 100 yard walk to the deeded beach access. Your beach chair set up with two umbrellas and four beach chairs is set up daily. When the sun goes down or you just want to head back for a splash in your backyard secluded private pool- it is ready for a crowd. The 6 foot stucco wall allows maximum privacy and the pool features a tanning ledge, hot tub, LED lights and is one of the biggest private pools in the neighborhood. The size is 30 ft. long by 14 ft. wide, not including the 6 x 6 hot tub! There is plenty of outdoor space with 8 Polywood chaise lounges and the Polywood table and chairs.
As you drive up to the house you have abundance of parking for 7 cars, including two garage spaces. Upon entering the front door, you will find the main living area to include your elegantly appointed living space including a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath with no stairs to climb. There is an elevator that can lift guests to the sleeping areas and the panoramic roof top terrace. Unload groceries with ease because not only is the kitchen right next to the garage but you have a summer kitchen next to the main kitchen overlooking the swimming pool.
The kitchen is appointed with high end stainless appliances including a 48” gas commercial Z-Line range and oven, Bosch refrigerator, two Bosch dishwashers and a slide in microwave. Every detail has been accounted for in the kitchen for the most discerning chef’s needs. Nothing is lacking in the custom cabinets to provide for meals for multiple families right down to the blenders and Keurig coffee maker. Stocked with dishes and utensils for thirty guests, there is no delay in making a gourmet meal or hosting a party.
Food preparation is a breeze at either of two locations with the elaborate summer kitchen right outside the door and next to the pool. The 36” KitchenAid gas grill and ice maker, sink and refrigerator are waiting for a barbecue meal that can be prepared pool side on the massive quartz countertop.
The first floor is not complete without the living room with seating for 8 on luxurious sofas and a 85-inch TV mounted for movie and game viewing. The dining room table with seating for 10 is also tucked in neatly just a short distance from the kitchen. This first-floor level has natural light coming in through the sliding glass door and large window overlooking the pool.
The sleeping quarters for 25 guests are divided between the second and third floors. All adult bedrooms are luxury suites with king beds and private baths. All beds feature high quality linens and comforters in a cool white décor. Bathrooms are appointed with the finest cabinetry and vanities, tile in showers floor to ceiling and rimless glass showers with coordinating finishes on plumbing fixtures. The second floor has four King suites, two of which have balconies overlooking the pool. There is one suite with a bathtub and shower combo with glass doors in the bathroom.
No need to run down for a coffee on the first floor first thing! The hallway nook area is equipped with a breakfast bar, complete with Keurig coffee maker, basin sink, under mount refrigerator and cabinets for supplies. Grab your coffee and head up to the roof top tower to watch a sunrise or an early unrestricted view of the glistening gulf waters, even dolphin watching with binoculars! Sitting high above other houses in the neighborhood your view from 50 feet in the air is spectacular. For the adventurous travelers, wake up to an early morning stretch to start your day.
The second floor features an entertainment area with a pull out sofa, game space and 65”mounted TV. Designed for the younger ones in mind that want some area away from the first floor. The sleeper sofa is perfect for a good nights sleep, nice and quiet and not in a busy area. The second floor design provides for a set of washer and dryer to accommodate all the laundry needs that arise. There also is another washer and dryer set on the third floor.
The third-floor features 4 bedrooms but is designed differently. The biggest difference is the built in custom designed bunk room with two Twin/Twin bunks and one Tw/Queen Bunk that can accommodate teenagers or just about anyone on the platform bed. This room has quality mattresses and bedding and a private bath with bathtub and shower outside the room. It also adjoins the and media center with a Twin/Twin bunkroom. This is a great getaway area for the younger crowd.
The other three King suites are similar to the rest of the house with high end finishes and free standing showers. One of the suites has a bathtub and shower combo. The bathrooms have a total of three bathtub/ shower combos with glass doors and five walk in showers in the house.

Beach Service: Complimentary Beach Service Available From Property March 1st - October 31st! This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! (Starting the day after arrival)
Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $125/day or $875/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay, Spa IS Controlled Separately from Swimming Pool. Spa ONLY heat can be purchased for $50 per day/$350 per week starting May 1st -October 1st ONLY. * WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.
* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer. College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.
* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
