Beautiful and very spacious Mediterranean style house on a quiet, tree-lined street. Built in 2009, 2426 Square Feet with a large private rooftop overlooking the ocean. All 3 bedrooms with King beds. Our guests especially appreciated the spaces between the bedrooms to allow for privacy. Central air conditioning cools/heats the entire house. Only a few blocks away from beach and located in designated quiet zone. Walking distance to beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. Ideal for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or traveling professionals. All bedrooms are space out to allow privacy. Splendid Ocean views from bedrooms and rooftop.
