The space
Welcome to this gorgeous three-story modern retreat in Houston Heights, Houston’s premier neighborhood for discerning locals—steps from amazing restaurants, breweries, and bars, and a short drive to Houston landmarks like museums, downtown, sports and music venues, and shopping—crafted for luxury stays by families, business travelers, and groups.
Guests can gather in the chef’s kitchen, unwind in the surround-sound theater, sip coffee on one of three private patios, or relax on the covered third-floor skyline patio.
The residence offers a two-car attached garage, private two-car driveway, private residential elevator for effortless access to all floors, and whole-home Generac generator backup power for peace of mind.
PLEASE NOTE
Most of the backyard is temporarily fenced off during final pool and hot tub construction. For safety and in accordance with city regulations, the fenced‑off area is strictly off limits to guests. Work is now largely complete and we’re just awaiting city inspection/approval and turf installation, with no anticipated disruption to your stay. The backyard is expected to be fully open by 5/1/2026.
Once finished, the private retreat will include a pool, hot tub, mini golf, ping pong, cornhole, and pool loungers.
Guests still have full access to the covered back porch, which features a Weber gas grill and outdoor dining table with seating for six.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor was designed with gathering and entertaining in mind. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen, creating a bright and welcoming space for groups to spend time together.
The chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and a large refrigerator that produces both round cocktail ice and regular ice, perfect for entertaining. The oversized kitchen island seats six, providing plenty of space for casual meals, morning coffee, or socializing while meals are prepared.
Just off the kitchen, a sophisticated wet bar and wine cellar—complete with dedicated wine fridge and all the essential tools—let you effortlessly shake or stir the perfect cocktail or mocktail for a relaxing evening at home.
The dining area seats eight, making it ideal for group dinners, celebrations, or family meals.
The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind with an oversized sectional sofa, 75-inch TV, shuffleboard table, and a plethora of board games—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Houston.

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited by VRBO policy and Houston city ordinance. Violations will result in immediate shutdown, eviction without refund, and possible additional fees.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM – Enjoy the outdoor space quietly (no music). Move fun indoors after 10 PM.
