Brand new renovation feature super comfy beds and luxurious linens in each room. The newly renovated kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and brand new cookware. Living room has a 55 inch 4k tv. Master bedroom has private bathroom and tv as well. Our home is located on a quiet street but because we are so close to 285 you can get anywhere in Atlanta super fast.
This home has 4 well designed bedrooms with super comfortable mattresses. There is also a big backyard and a large covered porch.
Main Floor: The front door opens into a roomy living area that has lots of seating and a 55 inch smart TV with Roku. The dining room and kitchen are also on this level of the home. The kitchen includes lots of cooking gear and a nice array of spices & oil. A coffee maker, filters, and coffee are provided. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 8.
Bed Summary: Our home includes 4 queen beds
Outdoor Space: The patio on the back of the house has lots of seating and is covered. We suggest enjoying a meal or beverage outside since the weather in Atlanta is nice most of the year.
Parking: There is a driveway with 3-4parking spots. Additional cars will have no trouble finding free street parking.
Our home features a total of 4 HD Smart TVs with Roku.Guests can also log into their own streaming services via the Roku interface
Guest will have access to the entire home including the laundry room, driveway, and the large yard.
There is also a tiny house that is located in the back yard that is also available for rent. This unit is completely separate from the main unit. Please let us know if you would like to also rent out this space if you need more room or desire more privacy. We give a nice discount for renting both the main unit and tiny house.
We live nearby and are super responsive to any needs our guests may have.
