This renovated, bright, very private 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has panoramic marsh views and sits on over an acre in Mount Pleasant.
The home is wonderful for entertaining, with a separate formal living room, formal dining room and open concept spacious family room that connects to the kitchen and dining area. Adjoining the family room is an enclosed patio with bar. The kitchen features all new appliances, quartz countertops, a cream glass front refrigerator, and Keurig maker. There is also a full bath downstairs. The home was designed so marsh views can be seen in almost every room of the home! On the second floor of the home the four bedrooms surround a secondary lounge room with couch and additional seating.
This is a secluded oasis, where you can relax and watch the sunrise over the marsh, have a glass of wine by the fire pit or end your day looking at the infinite marsh beauty from bed in the master.
While recently renovated and featuring all new décor the home’s history runs deep, with historical beams in the living room from the previous Cooper River Bridge, doors dating back to 1883 and this being the exact home that was featured in the novel Porcher’s Creek: Lives Between the Tides by John Leland.

Bedroom 1 – Master Bedroom (King bed) and an en-suite bath with walk in shower. As you walk into the master there is a study area that features additional sleeping with a twin trundle with additional twin beneath.

There is ample parking for multiple vehicles, including boats and RVs. The home is accessible from a private driveway, and in addition to the parking in the roundabout directly in front of the property, there is an enclosed one car garage and two car covered carport.
Only 15 minutes to Isle of Palms beach and 23 min to downtown Charleston.
Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every bed.
Pet Fee: $250 Maximum 3 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.
Bath Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
