This spacious (1,640 sf) village home nestled in the Boca Grande Club, situated along the Gulf of Mexico, boasts three (3) inviting bedrooms, including two (2) bedrooms (each with king beds) on the main level and an upstairs loft bedroom with two (2) twin beds. The main entrance into this newly furnished home leads into a relaxing living room which is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, on the golf course, or experiencing the islands world-renowned Tarpon or flats fishing. You will find 2 large bedrooms in the main level of the home with 2 separate air-conditioned porches, while a set of stairs leads up to the loft bedroom area. A large deck accessed through the loft will allow you and your guests wonderful sunset views of the Gulf at dusk. While the Village Homes are elevated 1 story up to maximize light and views, an onsite elevator ensures no one has to lift a finger with their luggage!
In addition to the privacy and convenience of your own home, guests are provided access to the onsite restaurants and amenities of the Boca Grande Club, which includes the beach club and private beach, tennis courts, and fitness center.

PAYMENT POLICIES
50% is due upon booking, the remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival date. Rental rates are subject to 7% Florida sales tax and 5% county tax.
Upon booking, you will be contacted by a friendly member of the Boca Grande Club who will take your contact information to register you and your guests with security as well as place a card on file for food & beverage charges at the Club's wonderful restaurants. Guests are allowed full access and usage of all Club amenities and there is a $50 per day amenity fee per spousal couple or for individuals 21 years of age and over.
