Little Ponderosa Outfitters is right down the street to rent tubes and shuttle service. Just a short drive to Sattler with a grocery store, liquor store, dollar store and dining options.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, sink into the huge sectional to watch the big screen 75-inch Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The dining table seats 10 with 4 additional bar stools for the kitchen island. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with full size appliances, pot/pans, dishes. All the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. Guest bathroom is convenient to all rooms downstairs. All 3 bedrooms have 65-inch Smart TVs. The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, and private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full over full bunk beds, and the loft space has 2 queen beds.
There are wonderful tube rentals, shuttle services, and entertainment up and down River Road! The best fishing in the area! This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River is stocked with trout starting December 1st! Just a short drive to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels, which both offer several restaurants, entertainment, and numerous activities. Gruene Hall is the oldest dance hall in Texas and a famous landmark. Gruene also offers great shopping, restaurants and wine tasting. Close to the San Marcos outlet malls, Schlitterbahn and Canyon Lake. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Maximum occupancy of 28 guests.
