Comfortably furnished by the owner with families in mind, there is a high seating dining room table, roomy couches, and chairs for everyone to spread out and enjoy the beach. Step onto the large balcony for clear views north to the Jetty and Ocean Shores beyond. The large kitchen is well stocked and functions well for multiple chefs. It overlooks the living room and dining room so you are always part of the conversation. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom including jetted tub and separate vanity. Two single beds round out the sleeping accommodations and are perfect for older children who want their own space. Beach access is a short walk away and the fitness room and pool are right across the parking lot just a few steps away. This vacation home is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator and stairs.

This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse.
