Enjoy your stay in a lovely condo located in a 75 acre lushly landscaped, gated resort like community on Sarasota Bay, Sarasota, Florida. The first floor condo features a recently remodeled eat in kitchen, separate dining room, spacious living room, master bedroom, guest bedroom/den, and newly remodeled main bathroom. There is a screened lanai with an adjacent enclosed washer and dryer area. One large and two small HD T.V.s and WiFi is included in the unit. The condo faces a tropical grove and is less than 100 feet from the building unit's pool. This pool is one of six pools on the property. Tenants will enjoy three and a half miles of walking trails both on the bay and throughout the property which resembles a tropical rain forest.
The lovely gated community includes three clubhouses, small library, an exercise facility, five lighted tennis courts, two pickleball courts, six pools, one with a hot tub, private harbor and marina, kayak launch, fishing dock, and several decks with benches and lounge chairs on the bay. The community is within walking distance of two shopping centers and only ten minutes away from Siesta Key Beach, ranked #1 in the USA.
