Positive: Great layout of condo and comfortable. Spotless.

Negative: Very expensive and far from the beach. Poor communications prior to arrival with instructions not provided until I called multiple times on arrival and finally someone responded. Extremely unexceptionable check in process.

Summary: Nice place for large group but too far from beach for the fee charged
